Solution
To use the DK2 on Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 you will need to use driver v7.22.0.39 or later. This is available for download here :
http://www.deskey.co.uk/deskey_downloads.php
If you are using the DK3 or DK12 devices on either of the above operating systems please contact us through the support ticket system to request a compatible driver installation.
